On-site Machining - Naval engineering

Throughout these years we have carried out a wide variety of on-board works on ships and in submarines under construction at the most important shipyards in Spain, as well as machining works on stranded ships for repair and even on crossing ships at different places around the world. Some of our featured works are:

Machining of housing frames for azimuth propulsion systems and vertical propellers (Aquamaster, Schottel, Lips, Voith Schneider) of up to 4.5 meters in diameter.

Grinding of closing seats at stern propellers.

Machining and facing of tail-shaft horns at bow and stern seals, drilling included. We can adapt to any diameter size.

Machining of tail-shaft buttresses both on starboard and port sides.

Machining: facing and drilling of poles and flanges. Diameter of up to 6m in round-shaped items and without size limit in rectangular shapes.
